When making a purchase, the customer fully accepts the terms and conditions described herein, simultaneously confirming the electronic transmission of the order, through the shopping cart system, that has read and accepted unconditionally these terms and conditions, also if the order is made by other means of communication: e-mail or telephone.
Compared to the photographs, products shipped may vary slightly in terms of colour, shape and size. For items shipped to EU countries, prices shown include VAT.
PURCHASES AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Purchases must be made through the e-commerce tools available on the site: www.lapedrera.it.
Once the order is received, the data it contains will be checked and, if an item is not available, the customer will be informed within 24/48 hours. In the event that the goods are not currently available, the Customer will be offered, if possible, alternative solutions or, with the consent of the Customer, only the immediately available goods will be included in the order.
The sales contract stipulated between www.lapedrera.it and the Customer must be considered concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the order confirmation, containing simply and clearly, the detail of the items purchased, the total price including expenses of shipping and the selected payment method.
La Pedrera does not accept liability for direct or indirect damage deriving from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipping costs are charged to the customer and are indicated both by the electronic cart and in the confirmation email that the customer will receive once the order has been sent.
All orders whose payment has been verified and credited, will be shipped within 3 working days by courier.
La Pedrera declines any responsibility for delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.
However, La Pedrera can be contacted to receive information on the status of the shipment.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
The customer must notify us within 3 working days of delivery if the order received includes incorrect or defective items.
In case of incorrect processing of an order, the customer should inform us by e-mail; we will respond by providing all the necessary data to allow the customer to return the items.
Upon receipt of the package we will immediately ship the correct goods and reimburse the shipping costs that the customer has incurred to return the wrong items. Cash on delivery packages are not collected.
The goods to be returned as new and therefore not used, intact and with the original packaging.
Should the goods arrive damaged, the customer is asked to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If possible, a photo of the damaged product should be attached.
Any customs duties or taxes are charged to the customer. The company is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs problems.
From the proven delivery date, the Customer will have 10 working days to request the refund of the goods, exercising his/her right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 SMI and must, within these terms, send us the communication via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we have received the email, we will get in touch with the customer, who will have to return the goods within 10 working days, using a safe and traceable shipment.
The shipment of the returned goods is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The products to be refunded must not have been used and must be intact and complete with all the original parts and packaging.
Once the integrity of the goods has been verified, we will proceed with the refund by bank transfer or, if possible, at the customer’s request, with PayPal.
The refund will be for the full value of the goods; all forwarding and return shipping costs are excluded and will be charged to the customer.
Should the returned goods show signs of wear, missing parts or defects due to the poor packaging used for the return, we will send notice to the customer who will have 10 working days to agree a return to the sender, with delivery paid for by the customer. If no agreement is made within the indicated deadline, La Pedrera will be free from any obligation and will be able to reuse the goods as it sees fit.
UPDATE AND MODIFICATIONS OF THE SALES CONDITIONS
La Pedrera reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions as well as all other data, images and information contained on the website, at any time, even without notice.
In the case of disputes between La Pedrera and the customer, the Venice court will have exclusive jurisdiction.
